Quotes provided by Microprotech are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. All proposals include a clearly defined scope of work, timeline, and fixed price. Work begins only after written approval from the client.
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Typically, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as agreed in milestones. Late payments may result in a pause of services.
Upon full payment, all deliverables created by Microprotech for your project — including code, designs, and documentation — become your property, unless otherwise specified in writing. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
We treat all client information, business data, and project details as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
Microprotech IT Services shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement with written notice. For monthly retainer services, no long-term contract is required — you may cancel at any time. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, servers, or systems.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
